Billing
Billing and quotas
How plans, the 14-day trial, usage counters, and the Stripe customer portal fit together.
nordenagent has three plans: Free, Starter at €29/month, and Pro at €99/month. Every plan includes the full product. What changes between them is the monthly usage quota.
What counts as usage
A usage event is one unit of work the agent does on your behalf. Running the daily loop once is one event. Generating one ad creative is one event. Running a one-off analytics query from the dashboard is one event. The counter resets at the start of each billing cycle.
Trials
Picking Starter or Pro from the pricing page starts a 14-day trial. During the trial you get the full plan quota and no card is charged. You will receive a reminder email 5 days before the trial ends and again 1 day before. If you do not add a payment method by the end of the trial, the workspace drops back to the Free tier and pending workflow runs are paused.
Hitting the quota
Quota is enforced twice: once in application code for clear error messages, and once in the Postgres RPC that records usage so the database itself refuses an over-limit write. When you cross 80% of your monthly quota, you get a warning email. When you hit 100%, workflow triggers return a QuotaExceededError and the dashboard shows an upgrade banner. No ad campaign or integration disconnects — the product simply stops taking new actions on your behalf until you upgrade or the cycle rolls over.
Upgrading, downgrading, cancelling
Settings → Billing has a button that opens the Stripe customer portal under your workspace's Stripe customer id. From there you can change plans, update your payment method, and cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period — you keep the plan you paid for.
