Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the nordenagent affiliate program (“Program”). By joining the Program you agree to be bound by this Agreement and by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Commission

You earn a 20% recurring commission on every subscription payment made by customers who sign up through your referral link, for a period of 12 months from the date that customer first became a paying subscriber. The commission rate and duration are fixed at the time a referral converts and do not change retroactively.

2. Attribution

Attribution is cookie-based with a 30-day window: when a visitor clicks your referral link, we set a first-party cookie that associates their future signup with your account for 30 days. A customer can only be referred by one affiliate — the most recent valid click wins. We do not support coupon-code or manual attribution.

3. Refund hold and clawback

Commissions are held for 30 days after they accrue to cover the customer refund window. A commission becomes payable only after this hold expires. If the referred customer disputes the charge or receives a refund at any time, the corresponding commission is clawed back in proportion to the refunded amount and deducted from your balance.

4. Payouts

Payouts are made via Stripe Connect once you complete the onboarding flow. Stripe is responsible for identity verification, bank-account validation, and transmission of funds. Payout frequency is set by your Stripe account; we do not hold your funds after the hold clears. Affiliates who have not set up Stripe Connect may receive manual payouts at our discretion, on our schedule, with no guaranteed minimum frequency.

5. Prohibited promotion

You may not: (a) bid on our trademarks or brand terms in paid search; (b) use domain names or social handles that impersonate nordenagent; (c) spam, send unsolicited email or SMS, post on unrelated forums, or use bots; (d) place incentivized reviews, fake testimonials, or offer cashback/incentives to referred users that we have not approved in writing; (e) use the Program in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law.

6. Self-referrals

You may not refer yourself, any account you control, or any account created at your direction. Self-referrals are blocked automatically at signup and any commission accrued on such accounts is void.

7. Tax responsibility

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on commissions earned through the Program. Where required by law, Stripe will issue tax forms (e.g., 1099-K in the US) directly to you through your connected account. We do not withhold tax from your commissions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. We may suspend or close your affiliate account if we reasonably believe you have breached this Agreement, in which case any pending or held commissions may be forfeited. Upon termination (without breach), commissions that are already payable will be paid out on the next scheduled payout run.

9. Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued participation after we publish an updated version constitutes acceptance of the changes. Commission rates that are already in effect for an existing referral are not affected by future changes.

10. Liability

The Program is provided “as is”. Our total liability arising out of or related to this Agreement is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the 6 months preceding the claim.
