Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) supplements our Terms of Service and applies to anyone who uses nordenagent.com (the “Service”), whether logged in or not. It is binding on you and on everyone you invite into your workspace. Violating it is a material breach and may result in immediate suspension or termination.

1. No illegal activity

Do not use the Service to engage in, facilitate, or promote activity that violates applicable law — including EU, Estonian, and the laws of any jurisdiction where you or your end customers are located. This includes, without limitation, fraud, misrepresentation, tax evasion, money laundering, consumer deception, illegal gambling, unlicensed financial services, unlicensed pharmacy, and counterfeit goods.

2. No infringement

Do not upload, generate, publish, or distribute content that infringes third-party copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, or privacy. You retain the risk for all Output you publish; we do not pre-clear generated text or imagery.

3. No abuse of ad platforms or growth surfaces

  • Do not use the Service to generate or publish ads, posts, or replies that violate Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, YouTube, Pinterest, or any other platform’s advertising, community, or automation policies.
  • Do not misrepresent the nature of your offer, use deceptive before/after imagery, or generate claims about product efficacy that you cannot substantiate.
  • Do not target vulnerable audiences or engage in discriminatory targeting prohibited by platform or local law (housing, credit, employment, health).
  • Do not impersonate another person, brand, or public figure, and do not generate content that could reasonably be mistaken for authentic first-party communications from someone else.
  • Do not mask affiliate or commercial relationships where disclosure is required by law or platform rules (see the Affiliate Program Terms for specifics that apply to our own program).

4. No spam or unlawful outreach

  • Do not send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, or DMs to recipients you do not have a lawful basis to contact (e.g., no valid consent, no existing-customer exception).
  • Do not use the self-marketing or growth features to post on forums in ways that violate the subreddit / community / group rules, or to create accounts solely for promotion.
  • Do not harvest email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact details for outreach that does not have an explicit, verifiable opt-in.

5. No harmful, hateful, or deceptive AI output

  • Do not prompt or coerce the AI agents into producing content that would be unlawful if you wrote it yourself.
  • Do not generate sexualised content involving minors or non-consenting adults, targeted harassment, credible threats, malware, instructions to synthesise weapons, or content designed to interfere with elections or public-health responses.
  • Do not use the Service to generate deepfakes or other material intended to deceive consumers about the identity or endorsement of a real person, without their explicit consent.
  • Do not use the Service to produce content that promotes self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or illegal drug use.

6. No security abuse

  • No unauthorised access, probing, or testing — including penetration testing — of the Service without prior written authorisation (see our security contact).
  • No attempts to bypass authentication, RLS, quotas, rate limits, spend caps, or safety filters.
  • No distribution of malware, ransomware, cryptominers, or malicious payloads through the Service or by using generated content.
  • No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated extraction of the Service beyond what our documented APIs allow.
  • Do not share, rotate into production, or otherwise expose integration credentials for accounts you are not authorised to control.

7. No capacity abuse

Do not exceed documented plan quotas through artificial means (e.g., creating multiple free workspaces to aggregate their quotas, sharing one account across an organisation, or automating sign-up flows). Do not use the Service in a way that imposes a disproportionate load on our infrastructure or sub-processors, including running benchmarking or load tests without prior consent.

8. No resale or white-label without permission

Do not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, white-label, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties as a separate offering without a written commercial agreement from us. Using the Service internally, or to serve your own clients as a service provider, is fine as long as each end-client’s data stays inside a workspace you control.

9. Cooperation with incident response

If we contact you about a suspected violation, you agree to cooperate promptly, preserve relevant records, and answer reasonable questions. We may pause your workspace while a suspected incident is investigated.

10. Reporting abuse

Report policy violations, harmful content, or security issues to abuse@nordenagent.com. For security vulnerabilities, please use security@nordenagent.com and, where applicable, request prior written authorisation before probing the Service.

11. Enforcement

Enforcement is at our reasonable discretion. Options include warning, rate-limiting, removing offending content, suspending specific features, suspending the workspace, terminating the account, and reporting the activity to authorities where required. We may preserve and disclose account information if we have a good-faith belief it is necessary to comply with law, enforce this AUP, or protect the rights, property, or safety of users, us, or others.

12. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. If a change is material, we will give at least 30 days’ notice before it takes effect. Non-material updates take effect when posted.
