Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes 1 workspace, the in-app Norden assistant (500 chat credits / month), unified analytics on connected accounts, and self-marketing drafts on a limited cadence. No card required to sign up.
What does the 14-day Pro trial include?
Every new account gets full Pro access for 14 days — every feature, no card up front. When the trial ends, you keep the data and drop to Free unless you upgrade. We send you reminders 5 days and 1 day before it ends so nothing is a surprise.
Do you take a percentage of my ad spend?
Never. You pay a flat monthly or yearly subscription. Your ad budget goes 100% to Meta or Google — we don't sit between you and the ad networks.
Whose API costs am I paying for?
Yours. You connect your own OpenRouter / Anthropic / OpenAI key and Meta access token. We never resell tokens with a markup. The chat-credit limits on each plan exist to keep the in-product Norden assistant predictable; you can also point Norden at your own model key to bypass them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — one click in /settings/billing. You keep access until the end of the paid period. We also support pausing your subscription if you just want to go dormant for a month or two.
Do you charge VAT?
EU customers: VAT is handled at checkout per your billing country. Outside EU: no VAT. B2B customers can enter a VAT ID at checkout for reverse-charge.
Where is my data stored?
Postgres on Supabase. Every workspace is isolated by row-level security. Third-party credentials (Meta tokens, Stripe keys, OpenRouter keys) are encrypted at rest in Supabase Vault — not stored in plaintext columns. Backups are taken daily and stored encrypted.
Can I export my data?
Anytime. /settings/account exports a complete JSON bundle of your workspace, and every report, task, lead and proposal page has a CSV export button. Deleting your account wipes everything — Vault entries, storage objects, all of it — and we never sell or share data.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We email you at 80% of your monthly quota and again at 100%. Workflows that would push you past the cap are blocked with a clear in-product message and an upgrade CTA — we never silently overage-charge.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or open-source projects?

Is there a yearly discount?
