Dewy skin in 14 days — here's the routine.

Our 3-step routine for visibly plumper skin: cleanse with the barrier serum, layer the peptide essence, seal with the overnight mask. Results photographed, not filtered. #skincareroutine #dewyskin

Three things I stopped doing in our marketing this quarter

Three things I stopped doing in our marketing this quarter that freed up about 12 hours a week: • Writing captions from scratch — the AI drafts are now close enough that I only edit the first line. • Opening new audiences at €200/day. €50/day openers with a documented scale-up rule have saved us about €3k on wasted learnings. • Full-body studio shoots. The texture close-ups we already had in the archive outperform every new studio session. None of this is revolutionary. Just stops doing the expensive-feeling thing in favour of the cheap-feeling thing that actually works.

What I learned shipping a direct-to-consumer skincare brand for 18 months — the short version

Spent 18 months bootstrapping a small skincare brand. Opening myself up to questions. A few things that mattered more than I expected: 1. Product-in-hand shots outperformed every lifestyle shot we tested. 4.2× CTR on average. 2. A €49 sample kit as the opening offer beat the €79 hero product 3:1 on LTV. 3. Estonian-language ads to the local market beat English 2.1× on CPA, even though our audience speaks both. Happy to dig into any of this. No self-promotion — just sharing the receipts.

Our best-performing ad this month isn't the new one. It's a product-in-hand shot from 6 months ago that we forgot we had. Check your archive before your next shoot.
